Fiona Lambert – Chelmsford, Essex

Fiona Lambert trained at WPF in London and qualified as an Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. She currently works in private practice in Chelmsford, Essex and sees people with a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties between one and three times a week, the majority in person.

She has previously worked in the NHS in adult mental health services and prior to that in Camhs (child and adolescent mental health services) where she worked with parents whose children were in treatment.

She is an approved training therapist and a supervisor.

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy provides a safe space to think about troubling emotional problems with a therapist who will not judge but listens to what you are saying, and perhaps what you are not saying, to understand the causes of present distress.

It is not a quick fix but, at best, offers the possibility of long term changes in the way you view yourself and the world around you.
